WHO are we?

Credit Control Covered Limited is a family-run organisation based in Kilfinane, Co. Limerick. Its Managing Director, Anthony Kelly, who has himself written the tutorial, has an exceptionally extensive Credit Control background managing a well-regarded Irish Debt Collection Agency which has hundreds of clients both domestic and international (many of whom have also become friends). Anthony wrote this tutorial in order to help companies control their credit more efficiently, more effectively and more economically. Here is a short biography for Anthony Kelly:

Anthony Kelly was born and raised in the west of Ireland. By 21 years of age he had been rapidly promoted to managing an English head-quartered tourism company operating just over 100 luxury hire cruisers on the river Shannon. He moved to Dublin to study accountancy and worked as an accountant for 7 years for Ireland's largest (and most prestigious) Insurance brokerage. He transferred to their London office and there finished his studies for the CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants). Returning to Ireland in 1989 he quickly became the youngest ever president of the Chamber of Commerce in Leixlip (the Irish home of Intel with whom he often worked closely on an everyday basis) and he completed a two year term in that office after being re-elected totally unopposed - along with all of the other members of his excellent management team - for the second year.

Using his experience garnered in both Ireland and England he founded his own Debt Collection Agency and AICS (All Ireland Credit Services Limited) remains a family business to this day with his wife Geraldine and his two daughters Laura and Alison all playing their parts in running this well-respected agency (which has a client list incorporating several of Ireland's largest and most respected businesses and institutions).
All Ireland Credit Services now has offices in Limerick, Dublin, Cork and Galway.

AICS is now the SOLE Partner of Global Credit Solutions for the whole island of Ireland.
Global Credit Solutions employs over 3,000 people, working in over 80 countries worldwide, collecting debts in over 100 countries. Not only did both AICS and Anthony himself pass the initial stringent GCS vetting procedure with flying colours, but they have also been invited to remain the SOLE Irish partner (for the whole island) in every single year since then. Anthony has also been a major contributor to GCS policy over the years with certain position papers he has written being adopted in their entirety into GCS worldwide mandatory policy.

"In my capacity as MD of AICS I see extremely basic mistakes made by Credit Control departments of businesses both large and small on a daily/weekly basis." Anthony Kelly

WHAT do we do?

We provide a UNIQUE Credit Control tutorial which is completely user-friendly and is designed to help businesses to help themselves in their goal to Avoid Bad Debts becoming a problem. One could argue that it in fact follows principles similar to the Japanese TQM or Total Quality Management tool in that it aims to prevent the likelihood of Bad Debts ever becoming a problem, rather than businesses having to (expensively) deal with that problem once it has occurred.

Avoid Bad Debts

One single bad debt in the amount of only just €1,000 will cost any business much, much more than the costs of this invaluable training aid for all Credit Control staff.

Credit Control...

... should have come a long way from waiting until your business is owed far too much and then very reluctantly hiring someone, giving them a desk, a phone and a Debtors' Aged Analysis Report. But has it? Take action today.

An Investment

investmentThis UNIQUE Credit Control Covered Tutorial is an invaluable investment for any business, domestic or international, advancing credit in Ireland.
